About This Project

This project is a website I created for our school's Programming and Robotics Club. The goal was to provide an online presence where students and visitors can learn about the club, its projects, members, and upcoming events.

Why did I build this website?

I built this site because I'm passionate about programming and wanted to create a modern online presence for the club. My goal was to help the club reach more students, share updates easily, and provide a central place to showcase our projects and activities.

What challenges did I face during development?

Designing a clean, modern look that fits both programming and robotics themes was challenging. Making sure the website works well on different devices and screen sizes also required careful testing, especially spending a lot of time programming and adjusting the sidebar for mobile devices. I also spent time optimizing image sizes and formats so the gallery loads faster without using too much bandwidth and only the necessary images.

What did I learn from this project?

I improved my skills in responsive web design, organizing and optimizing content of a website. I also learned how to think about user experience and clear navigation.
